Ich besuchte eine Freundin, die ich 2011 bei der Arbeit auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff kennengelernt hatte. Meine Freundin hatte gerade ihren Workshop als Theta Healing Practitioner abgeschlossen und ich war neugierig. Ich wollte  es  mal ausprobieren, vor allem, weil mich zu diesem Zeitpunkt ein Thema ziemlich aus der Bahn geworfen hatte.<\/p><p>My friend gave me a session, and what happened afterward was magical: <strong>the drama was gone.<\/strong> And the best part? <strong>It stayed away.<\/strong> It was as if someone had flipped a switch. <strong>No more emotional turmoil.<\/strong> When my mind wanted to slip back into the old pattern, I could simply say, \u201cI don&#8217;t need that anymore.\u201d Lightness. It was subtle but profound. This lightness was completely new to me.<\/p><p>Diese Erfahrung war so einschl\u00e4gig, dass ich zur\u00fcck in Deutschland mich online \u00fcber diese Heilmethode informierte. Ich wollte verstehen, was da energetisch passiert war. Ich verschlang die B\u00fccher von Vianna Stibal, die Gr\u00fcnderin von Theta Healing. F\u00fcr mich war klar: Ich wollte diese Technik selbst beherrschen.<\/p><p>Nach den ersten Grundkursen war ich komplett \u201egeflasht\u201c, auch die Logik hinter der Energiearbeit hat mich einfach gepackt. Ich wusste, das ist das Werkzeug, mit dem ich nicht nur mir, sondern auch anderen helfen will.<\/p><p>Heute ist ThetaHealing mein t\u00e4glicher Begleiter. Fast t\u00e4glich verbinde ich mich bewusst mit der sch\u00f6pferischen Quelle, diesem inneren Licht, der Frequenz, in der es keine Trennung mehr gibt. Wie sich das anf\u00fchlt? Ein Zustand von tiefem, emotionalem Einssein.
