Sometimes life takes us to the most remote places to give us exactly what we need deep down inside.
My journey with ThetaHealing began in Thailand in 2014. I was visiting a friend whom I had met in 2011 while working on a cruise ship. My friend had just completed her workshop as a Theta Healing Practitioner and I was curious. I wanted to give it a try, especially because I was struggling with an issue that was really throwing me off track at the time.
My friend gave me a session, and what happened afterward was magical: the drama was gone. And the best part? It stayed away. It was as if someone had flipped a switch. No more emotional turmoil. When my mind wanted to slip back into the old pattern, I could simply say, “I don’t need that anymore.” Lightness. It was subtle but profound. This lightness was completely new to me.
This experience was so significant that, back in Germany, I researched this healing method online. I wanted to understand what had happened energetically. I devoured the books by Vianna Stibal, the founder of Theta Healing. It was clear to me: I wanted to master this technique myself.
After the first basic courses, I was completely blown away; the logic behind energy work also captivated me. I knew that this was the tool I wanted to use to help not only myself but also others.
Today, ThetaHealing is my daily companion. Almost every day, I consciously connect with the creative source, this inner light, the frequency in which there is no longer any separation. How does that feel? A state of deep, emotional oneness. A feeling that I am now able to pass on to my clients.
Who would have thought that a visit to Thailand would change everything?
