Hello everyone,
Today I would like to share a story with you, a story about transformation, self-empowerment, and the incredible power that lies dormant within us all.
A few years ago, I had a clear realization that changed the way I listen to life forever. In a single moment, I shifted from victim mode back to my creative power.
The moment that swept the ground from under my feet
I was in the midst of a painful breakup that caught me completely off guard. I had just moved into my partner’s apartment. Everything seemed fine to me. And suddenly, from one day to the next, he didn’t want the relationship anymore.
All the stories we know so well ran through my head:
Why is this happening to me?
What did I do wrong?
Why am I being abandoned?
All these narratives kept me trapped in the drama, in the pain, and in the feeling of powerlessness.
The moment of clarity
And then something unexpected happened. In the midst of this storm, in the midst of the pain, I suddenly paused. I recognized myself as the main character in a story that I had not consciously written. Suddenly, I saw my patterns. I understood that my reactions were due to an inner image that resulted from a lack in my belief system.
The shift to self-determination
At that moment, I understood something crucial: my suffering was not a fact, it was an interpretation. When I realized this, I regained my sovereignty. I stopped identifying with the pain and became the authority that creates it. I refocused my attention. Instead of getting lost in the “why,” I counted what was already good in my life. I realized: I don’t need this person to be happy and fulfilled.
From this clarity, I moved on, calm, centered, in my own power. And then something happened that many would call a “coincidence.”
External reality reflects your inner reality
My ex-partner called me. He said he had only acted out of fear and didn’t really want to end the relationship.
External reality had immediately mirrored my inner reality. The moment I moved into the frequency of creative power and stopped negotiating with the outside world, the field reacted immediately.
True creative power does not require effort, but harmony. It is about remembering that your inner state creates external reality and not the other way around. It is like a mirror. You do not command your reflection to color your clothes blue. You go and put on blue clothes yourself. The mirror follows you all by itself.
What I do differently today
Pause: When my system starts to feel shaky, I pause.
Observe: I observe my thoughts without judging them.
Breathe: I breathe consciously and let go of the tension in my shoulders.
Remember: I remember all the good things in my life that are already there.
Visualize: I visualize the reality I choose—not the one I fear.
Your reality begins within you
Where in your life do you currently feel like an actor, even though you would prefer to be the director?
If these words resonate with you, it is not a coincidence. Your system already knows that there is more than just reaction, drama, and old stories.
In my Theta Healing sessions, I will guide you in identifying and resolving the blockages that have been holding you back. I will show you how to leave the old stories behind and become the true “creator” of your life.
If you are ready to move from reacting to creating, then I invite you to go further. Your reality is not waiting for you to make an effort, but for you to remember who you really are.
